2024 Closure Dates for Staff Training and Education
The surgery will be closed from 1:00pm for monthly training events on the following days:

The telephones will be diverted to our out of hours service. If you have a life-threatening medical emergency please call 999 or call 111 if you need non-emergency medical assistance.
Opening Hours for Dispensary
Please note from September 2023 the Dispensary will be open for medication collection from 08.30 until 18.00
Please note the Health Centre will be closed on Friday 29th April 2024 (Good Friday) and Monday 1st April 2024 (Easter Monday)
Welcome to the Eye Health Centre
Eye Health Centre serves the town of Eye and surrounding villages. We have two GP Partners, who are supported by a full time Practice Manager and an Assistant Practice Manager and an Emergency Care Practitioner.
We have a Nursing team who are assisted by our Healthcare Assistant and Phlebotomist.
We have a Dispensary team and a Reception team that are always happy to assist.
We offer a full range of general medical services and are able to dispense medication to patients who live more than one mile away from the centre of Eye.
Our aim is to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in the strictest of confidence.
