Covid Vaccination - Please wait to be contacted. The NHS will let you know when it's your turn to have the vaccine. It's important not to contact the NHS for a vaccination before then. The vaccine will be delivered from a PCN hub (NHS England have said there can only be 1 vaccination site per PCN) . PCN'S (Primary Care Networks) cover a group of practices, there are 5 practices in our PCN. The vaccine will be delivered from the PCN hub and will not be delivered from individual practice sites. The first patients to be contacted (starting from the 11th January) will be those in the highest priority groups (please see below). This contact will not come from the practice but will be from a central hub. click here for the latest Government information for the Covid Vaccine. The vaccine will be given to patients in order of their priority as deemed by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation.
Welcome to the Eye Health Centre
Eye Health Centre serves the town of Eye and surrounding villages. We have a team of three GPs, who are supported by a full time Practice Manager and an Assistant Practice Manager.
We have a Nursing team who are assisted by our Healthcare Assistant and Phlebotomist.
We have a Dispensary team and a Reception team that are always happy to assist.
We offer a full range of general medical services and are able to dispense medication to patients who live more than one mile away from the centre of Eye.
Our aim is to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in the strictest of confidence.
