If you require a HOME VISIT, please phone before 9.30am.
If you require a routine appointment (within 2 – 4 days) to see a Doctor or a Nurse, please telephone after 9.30am.
Bookings may be made up to three months in advance for routine appointments and health checks.
For general enquiries and test results, please phone after 9.30am.
Patients are encouraged to book routine or follow-up appointments in advance. Unless you are suffering from an urgent medical problem, you will be offered an appointment in 2-4 days time. This will provide more flexibility in the system to enable us to offer a same day service for urgent appointment requests and emergencies.
Evening surgeries are primarily for those who work and are unable to attend morning surgeries.
Please note that all surgeries are by appointment only.
We try very hard to keep to appointment times. We appreciate your understanding of inevitable delays for emergencies and unforeseen long consultations.
Please remember that GP consultations are ten minutes long. If you have more than one problem, your doctor may ask you to book another appointment.
